Return Policy

At Audio Voice, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product, and we are here to make that process as simple as possible. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Time Frame: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
    • Gift cards
    • Products that have been installed, assembled, or modified
2. Initiating a Return
  • Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@audiovoice.in or +91-1234-567890. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Return Shipping Guidelines
  • Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Audio Voice is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Return Address: The return address will be provided to you along with the Return Authorization Number. Please do not send items back without a RAN.
4. Inspection and Refund Process
  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the product is not in its original condition, we may reduce the refund amount or reject the return.
  • Refund Approval: After inspection, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you used a credit card, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Restocking Fee: In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply. This will be communicated to you at the time of return approval.
5. Exchanges and Replacements
  • Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact our customer support immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process upon receiving the item.
7. Exceptions
  • Special Conditions: Certain products may have unique return policies due to their nature (e.g., large appliances, custom-built items). These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the purchase process.
