2. Refund Process

3. Inspection and Approval
- Product Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our refund criteria. If the product is found to be ineligible (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), we may reject the refund request or apply a partial refund.
